Autumn in the Southern Hemisphere

It's a beautiful time of year in my part of the world.
The light is softer, the days are shorter and the temperature is just a little cooler.
Hope you are enjoying nice weather in your corner of the world.

  1. Lovely photo Rob! Yes, The weather is divine at the moment isn't it? I wish we had more trees that turned to mark the season changing, but you can't have everything.

  2. I know what you mean Amanda, I've just been looking at photos of Japan in Autumn with all the orange maple leaves and golden ginkgo biloba leaves. Such a difference. I suppose we have to be more observant to notice the little changes here. (including the surprising little thunderstorm before sunrise this morning!).

  3. Just home from a couple of weeks in NZ.I was amazed at the weather as I expected winter and ,instead, enjoyed warm autumn sunshine.Glorious autumn colour and still quite a lot of green.Returning to VERY cold tropical nights was a shock! But at least I've had my "fix" of colour!
